You can register online by creating a free account on our website and clicking "Register" on any course page. Alternatively, download and complete the Registration Form and email it to bookings@imiinternational.co.za, or contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp.
Yes — all of our 100+ programmes are available as customised in-house training delivered at your premises anywhere in South Africa or across Africa. Contact us for a free quote.
Prices vary by programme — most public courses range from R2,499 to R4,999 per delegate. In-house training is priced per engagement and is generally more cost-effective for groups of 5 or more delegates. All prices exclude VAT.
Yes, all delegates who attend and complete an IMI programme receive a certificate of attendance. For certain accredited programmes, additional certification may be available.
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks before your preferred session date to guarantee your place. For in-house training, we require at least 3–4 weeks lead time to customise and prepare the programme.
Cancellations made more than 7 business days before the course date receive a full refund or transfer to another date. Cancellations within 7 business days may be subject to an administration fee. Please contact our bookings team to discuss your situation.

After your registration is confirmed by our team, we will issue a formal invoice. We accept EFT bank transfer and can arrange payment plans for larger groups. Payment details are provided in the confirmation email.
