By accessing our website, creating an account, or registering for any training programme, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you are registering on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Imbokodo Innovations International provides:

• Scheduled public training programmes at various venues across South Africa
• Customised in-house training delivered at client premises
• Executive coaching and mentoring
• Organisational development consulting
• Online registration and client portal services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice where possible. We are not liable for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of services.

To register for training online, you must create an account. When creating an account you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.

When you submit a registration for a training programme:

• Your registration is pending until confirmed by our team
• A confirmation email will be sent to you within 4 business hours
• Your place on the course is only secured once you receive a written confirmation from us
• Payment is due upon receipt of the confirmation and invoice
• Registrations are subject to course availability

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session if minimum delegate numbers are not met, or for any other operational reason. In such cases, registered delegates will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

• Payment is due within the payment terms specified on the invoice (typically 7–14 days)
• We accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) — banking details are provided on the invoice
• A delegate's place is only guaranteed upon receipt of full payment
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed registrations will be honoured at the price quoted
• For organisations requiring a purchase order, please contact us before registering

Cancellations by delegates:

• More than 10 business days before the course: Full refund or transfer to another date at no charge
• 5–10 business days before the course: 50% refund or free transfer to another available date
• Fewer than 5 business days before the course: No refund. A substitute delegate may attend in your place.
• Non-attendance without notice: Full course fee is payable

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to bookings@imiinternational.co.za.

Cancellations by IMI International:

In the event that we cancel or postpone a session, delegates will be offered a full refund or a transfer to the next available session at no charge. We are not liable for any travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred by delegates as a result of a cancellation.

When using our website and training services, you agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or accounts
• Transmit any harmful, offensive or disruptive content
• Impersonate any person or organisation
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or harvest data from our website
• Reproduce, distribute or resell any course materials without written permission
• Disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of our website
• Register for training with false or misleading information

During training sessions, delegates are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards facilitators and fellow delegates. We reserve the right to remove any delegate from a session for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour without refund.

All content on this website and all course materials are the intellectual property of Imbokodo Innovations International unless otherwise stated. This includes but is not limited to:

• Course outlines, manuals and training materials
• Website design, text, graphics, logos and images
• Training methodologies and frameworks

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

Delegates may use course materials for their own personal professional development only. Sharing, reselling or reproducing course materials for any other purpose is strictly prohibited.

Our website and training services are provided "as is" and "as available". While we make every effort to ensure accuracy and quality:

• We do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times or free from errors
• Course content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional legal, financial or medical advice
• We do not guarantee any specific outcome, employment result or qualification from attending our training
• Information on our website is subject to change without notice

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Imbokodo Innovations International shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services
• Loss of data, revenue, profits or business opportunities
• Travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred in connection with cancelled or rescheduled training
• Any errors or omissions in course content

Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant training programme.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
